What is Personality? – The characteristic of a person which gives him uniqueness.

Does that mean having Good Looks? –No! Looks can fade away with time, but personality retains.

Is it God Gifted? – Yes & No. A person can develop it, if he lacks it.

Is it necessary? – Yes!

Why? – To sound captivating & not boring.

So, these thoughts regarding personality are very common among all generations of people. No doubt, everyone has that one person in their life, who gives positive vibes and make the ambiance lively and to whom one can look up and say- “Uski Toh Baat Hi Alag Hai ( i.e. That person is different from all )”. The thing which led this person to stand out from the crowd is his - Personality. 

How can it be said who has a good personality and who doesn’t? Do we need to judge the personality by his looks, by his attire, by his bank balance, or by his car model? It’s very easy. Actually, a good personality will attract you by itself. It just charms you by its relaxing, lively, and fresh characteristic that you keep getting attracted to it. Every word spoken by a person having such personality is so interesting, even a boring topic will turn out to be indulging and captivating.

Why do we need you to have a good personality?

1. Confidence

A confident person has a charm of its own. Confidence and good personality if mixed together can be influential. Personality is needed to make things interesting and confidence is needed to prove you, in front of others. It can’t be said that one having a personality is confident enough, but yes having a personality gives you an inner strength for public speaking, which is very much necessary in this advanced world.

2. Communication

People having a great personality don’t find it hard to mix up with people. It’s very easy for them to make others captivated in their stories and talks. And we all know how important it is to communicate, to make others understand your thoughts, your idea. An interviewer gets impressed with someone who is highly communicative, and he hires that person because of the skill of communication which will help in getting good clients.

3. Optimistic behavior

When you have a good personality, you have confidence and communication skills developed within you, and then you are on the path of positivity. Things that were earlier thought to be difficult for you to achieve now seems easy. You develop a zeal to at least try things before concluding of being failed.

1. Depends on Good Looks

A person who is beautiful or handsome, if he can’t keep you captivated in his chats than it doesn’t matter how much good looking he is, you will get pissed off at him and avoid him at places. But a person, who has a personality can keep you anxious and excited with whatever he speaks, you will like his company and desire to be around him because of the liveliness and freshness he has in his behavior. However, as people are first judged on their looks, no matter what we say ( exceptions are always there), in that case, good looks and well dressed gives you an opportunity at first sight to prove yourself and let other people know about your charming persona.

2. God Gifted

It is true that some people are born with a great persona, but it is also true that this characteristic can be developed later too. In today’s world, anything is gettable, you just need will power and an optimistic attitude towards it. An impatient person learns to be patient by meditation, similarly, a personality can be developed by following certain things by yourself like having an open attitude, taking less stress, and staying happy, and doing what you love to do.
